Carillion announces board room changes

Carillion today announced several changes to its board’s responsibilities which have taken place with immediate effect.

The responsibility for Carillion’s health and safety has transferred from group chief executive John McDonough to executive director Richard Howson.

Meanwhile executive director Don Kenny has assumed responsibility for the group’s sustainability programme.

Carillion said: “These appointments support the group’s commitment to sector leadership in both health and safety and sustainability.”
