£20m Olympic stadium seats contract up for grabs

The Olympics legacy body has started the bid race for a £20m contract to design and build relocatable seating for the Olympic stadium.

The London Legacy Development Corporation has advertised a contract worth £10m to £20m to design, build and maintain the seating.

Bidders need a turnover of a least £20m a year for the last three years, to pass the agency’s financial check, and possess professional indemnity, public and product liability insurance of at least £10m as well as employers liability cover.

The deadline to submit tenders is midday on 1 November and information is available at www.supply4london.gov.uk.
