Merz and McLellan has been appointed lead consultant for a £100 million-plus electricity scheme in Java, Indonesia.The firm has been appointed by Indonesian utility PLN to lead other consultants Lahmeyer of Germany and PT Hasfarm Dian Konsultan from Indonesia for the three-year scheme which involves the erection of 700 km of overhead wire and modifications to three substations.
