It’s time for a radical approach to defeat payment abusers

The Construction Leadership Council launches its new construction payment charter this week, which intends to introduce 30-day payment terms to private as well as public sector jobs by 2018 and, if monitored and enforced properly, could see late payers excluded from public sector tender lists.
