Scotland: new infrastructure investment projects

In his Autumn Statement chancellor George Osborne announced a series of new infrastructure projects as part of the investment priorities identified in the National Infrastructure Plan 2011.

In Scotland these include funding for Scottish renewable energy through access to the Scottish Fossil Fuel Levy fund, replacing the Caledonian Sleeper fleet, funding the super-connected city plan in Edinburgh and other rail, roads, water, flood and waste plans which have been devolved to the Scottish Government.

Take a look at the full list of the 40 infrastructure projects.
