Osborn Abas Hunt launches safety sentencing survey

Construction News has teamed up with law firm Osborn Abas Hunt to survey the industry about the operation of the new sentencing powers available to Magistrates when sentencing individuals for health and safety offences, which include imprisonment.

The Sentencing Guidelines Council is tasked with producing definitive sentencing guidelines to assist Magistrates in the proper exercise of the new sentencing powers.

This is your opportunity to tell us your views about how those powers should be exercised and potentially shape the future sentencing in this area.

The survey is anonymous and only takes a minute - click here to take part
