The Health and Safety Executive and Cheshire Police are investigating the site at Torkington Road in Wilmslow. An inquest into the case has been opened and adjourned.

A police spokesman said: “The incident has been reported to the Health and Safety Executive and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”
