Black & Veach to expand Hong Kong treatment works

SAR gets engineering firm on board to develop Tai Po Water Treatment Works

The Hong Kong SAR Water Supplies Department has chosen Black & Veatch for an expansion project at the Tai Po Water Treatment Works.

The firm will design and oversee construction of the project, which will improve water reliability for seven million residents. 

The project will triple the capacity of the water works and the create 2,100 jobs in the local construction industry.
