Boss Services in management buyout

South east plant hirer Boss Services has undergone a management buyout.

Current managing director Barry Beavis led the deal to buy the firm from previous owner Coinford. Beavis has been Boss managing director since April 2008.

Boss claimed the deal will reduce plant and equipment hire costs for design and build company Coinford. It is understood Coinford will keep hold of some of its stock.

Boss operates from depots in Chertsey and a recently-opened purpose-built centre in Brentwood.
