A Climate Center customer has been presented with a state-of-the-art Rothenberger video inspection tool after winning top prize in a RAC Engineer competition.

The competition marked the launch of the innovative new product by Climate Center and Pipe Center.

Pictured is Richard Rhodes (left), acting manager of Climate Center’s Leeds branch, presenting the prize to David Wardle, an engineer with ADS Air Conditioning.

The RoScope consists of a miniature television camera and hand-held monitor that enables field technicians to see into difficult to reach places or previously inaccessible tight spots.

“It’s a great piece of kit,” says David. “It’s a much better solution than tying a mirror to a stick and struggling with a torch!”
