JCB claims its Torquelock system reduces fuel consumption by up to 25 per cent.

Savings are achieved through the system engaging in top gear, ensuring the machine maintains top speed for longer. At full engine rpm, JCB says its Torquelock can reduce travelling time between job sites by 10 per cent as well as reducing fuel usage.
