'Next generation’ customer service from Speedy

Speedy Hire is rolling out the next phase of its online extranet service to help customers better manage their hire requirements online.

‘My Speedy’ provides customers with real-time data on all equipment on hire, including the quantity of kit, location, hire rate, scheduled off hire date and dispatching depot.
Users will also be able to see their hire history, view critical business reports, manage loss and damage transactions and print or download copies of previously issued invoices.  
Speedy says the extranet has been designed to give its customers complete control of their accounts. The site includes a library of practical health, safety and environmental information, a branch locator, links to the Speedy product catalogue and a secure area for storing useful documents.
