Nissan launches new Navara Visia pick-up

The new Navara Visia is an entry-level version of Nissan’s part time four-wheel drive Navara double-cab pick-up.

Fitted with a 2.5-litre dCi common-rail diesel four-cylinder engine producing 106 kW and 350 Nm of torque, the Visia is capable of up to 39.8 mpg on the Extra Urban Cycle.

It retains the existing variants’ 2.36 sq m load volume, 1,511 mm internal bed length, 1,250 kg payload and a 2,600 kg towing capacity.

The part-time four-wheel drive system comes with high/low ratio dropper box and in normal conditions provides drive to the rear wheels.

When four-wheel drive is engaged there is a 50/50 torque split between the front and rear axles. ESP is standard (to help maximise driver control in all conditions) as is air conditioning, central locking, six airbags, CD player and Bluetooth connectivity.

On-the-road commercial vehicle prices start from £17,995.
