UKGBC signs up Frankiewicz and Bolsover

Willmott Dixon chief executive John Frankiewicz has joined the board of the UK Green Building Council.

He is joined too by Aggregate Industries chief exectuive Bill Bolsover and Lend Lease Europe chief executive Daniel Labbad.

The UKGBC said the move “underlined its serious intent to create a step-change in the sustainability of the built environment.”

All are founder members of the UK-GBC and all have actively participated in UK-GBC task groups over the last 2 years.

UK-GBC chairman Peter Rogers said:  “I’m delighted to welcome three such significant industry figures, all of whom have demonstrated both their organisational and individual commitment to the sustainability agenda and the UK-GBC. They bring a wealth of experience, which will prove invaluable as the UK-GBC continues to grow its membership and impact.”
