Brighton and Hove launch £60m construction partnership

A contractor is needed for a strategic partnership with Brighton and Hove Council that will offer up to £60m of work.

Brighton and Hove City Council is procuring for a 48-month framework, which will also serve Sussex Police.

A main contractor will be in charge of all construction projects under lot 1, with lots also for a QS, construction and design management and a structural engineer.

The value of individual projects would be in the region of £250,000 to around £9m.

The council said it was not possible to predict the number of projects, but said the total value was likely to be in the region of £30-£60m.
