Central London £20 million framework up for grabs

The City of London is procuring a £20 million framework for minor construction, refurbishment and M&E works across its estate.

The four year framework is split into two lots, with Lot 1 covering general building works and Lot 2 covering mechanical and electrical.

In total, Lot 1 will include general building refurbishments, new build, painting and decorations, flooring, masonry and stonework and roofing repairs.

Lot 2 covers planned and reactive minor works and refurbishments, electrical services and heating ventilation and air conditioning.

Contractors should submit their applications to The City of London Corporation by 23 December 2011.
