Cambridge University is moving ahead with plans to build a £30 million science building, having put a project management consultancy role out to tender this weekend.
The Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy building will be on the West Cambridge Site, adjacent to the M11 at Junction 13.
Work will include civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works together with general building works and external hard and soft landscaping.
The selected consultant will be responsible for all project management services to completion of the project. The contractor will be engaged on a two-stage develop and construct contract.
Interested parties have until 14 April to submit a tender for the project management consultancy role.
