Balfour/Jones Bros win £34m Porthmadog bypass

A joint venture between Balfour Beatty and Welsh civils firm Jones Bros. has won a £34 million contract to build 5.2km bypass in North Wales.

The contract covers the design and construction of the Porthmadog, Minffordd and Tremadog bypass.

The project is due for completion in 2016.
