Paul Sheffield to join Royal Bam Group

Former Kier and Laing O’Rourke boss Paul Sheffield is set to join Royal Bam Group.

Mr Sheffield announced his departure from Laing O’Rourke in February after less than three years there, following his time as Kier’s chief executive.

He will replace chairman Peter Elverding, who had announced he would be stepping down due to health reasons.

Mr Sheffield will be nominated for appointment to the group’s supervisory board on 24 August for a period to run until 2021.

Mr Elverding will be succeeded as chairman of the supervisory board by Mr Harrie Noy at the conclusion of the annual general meeting on 19 April 2017.
