Costain wins £225m Southern Water contract

A Costain-led consortium gas won a £225 million contract to manage the design and build of a new wastewater treatment works in the Brighton and Hove area for Southern Water.

Work will be carried out by the 4D Consortium over the next three years with an option for a further two year contract to operate and maintain the plant.

The 4D Consortium is made up of United Utilities and Montgomery Watson Harza.
