ISG picked for two new KPMG office fit-out contracts in Bristol and Glasgow

ISG has won two office fit-out jobs with KPMG in Bristol and Glasgow.

It is the latest in a series of deals won by ISG with the professional services firm, following appointments to deliver offices in Leeds and Manchester (pictured).

The contractor was also chosen to fit out the firm’s Canary Wharf headquarters in London.

Its Bristol contract involves the fit-out of 52,000 sq ft of commercial office space across four floors at the Grade II-listed 66 Queen Square in the centre of the city.

In Glasgow, ISG will transform levels eight to 10 of the city’s newly developed St Vincent Plaza to create offices for KPMG, delivering 40,000 sq ft of open-plan and cellular office space.

Matt Blowers, managing director of ISG’s UK Fit Out business, said the “continuing strength of the regional office market” was presenting ISG with a “range of excellent opportunities”.
