Watch: 432 Park Avenue timelapse construction

432 Park Avenue is New York City’s newest skyscraper – and the tallest residential building in the world. Watch a timelapse of its construction over two years.

Read the full project report and find out how the Lendlease and WSP-led team overcame the challenges of pumping high-strength concrete 430 m above New York City, as well as how the pencil-thin structure is designed to cope with high winds.

  • Why are timelapse services so expensive? I guess because they are a fantastic marketing tool. But compared to CCTV security services - the timelapse service is way overpriced in my opinion.

I can get a CCTV Security system for £300 + Vat per week which includes PA system, remote monitoring, perimeter alarms and access control, yet a quote for a timelapse for the client came in at £150+ vat per week.
