Lovell is working with Greenwich Borough Council and asra Housing Group on the Woolwich regeneration.

Around 1,500 new homes will be built including the regeneration of three council estates. Demolition is under way and construction will start later this year.

Lovell regional director Michael O’Farrell said: “Martin brings extensive industry experience and an exceptional record of managing the delivery of major housing projects to the very highest standards.

“I’m delighted that he will lead the construction of this landmark regeneration programme for Woolwich which will create high-quality modern homes as well as significant training and job opportunities for the area.”
