Exeter council advertises £17.5m housing repairs job

Exeter City Council has put a £17.5 million housing repairs contract out to tender.

The contract, which covers daily domestic reactive repairs to council housing stock, will run for five years initially with a five year extension subject to a review. It will run from 4 October 2010.

The council will shortlist and invite between four and six firms to tender in December.

Contractors have until 16 October to register their interest.
