Apollo wins £22m in Welsh housing contracts

Property services group Apollo has won contracts worth a combined £22 million for refurbishment and upgrade work on two Welsh housing schemes.

The contracts are to improve homes to Welsh Housing Quality Standard for Valleys to Coast Housing Association and Tai Calon Community Housing. 

The four-year £12m project with Valleys to Coast will see Apollo will carry out internal and external refurbishment work, while the £10m Tai Calon project will focus on kitchen and bathroom upgrades.  

Apollo regional director Daren Moseley said:”These wins demonstrate how well-established the Apollo name has become in Wales. 

“We look forward to working with both Valleys to Coast Housing Association and Tai Calon Community Housing to bring Welsh Quality Housing Standard improvements to their residents, and to providing added benefit to the local communities where we will be working.”
