Balfour Beatty rebrands ground engineering subsidiaries

Stent Foundations, Pennine Vibropiling and Branlow Piling will all now trade under the name of Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering.

The early works division of the UK’s biggest contractor announced the changes to its internal structure this week.

BBGE managing director Graham Wren said: “BBGE combines the strengths of our existing businesses Stent, Pennine and Branlow.

“While these companies have successfully grown by focusing on their core techniques, we appreciated that an integrated ground engineering service could only be achieved by pulling the companies together and merging into one business.”
