A £9m commercial office scheme for Amsprop will see the remodelling and fitting out of the octagonal No. 5 Cheapside building, near St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
A £16m contract in Portsmouth to redevelop the New Theatre Royal and £7m in work through a Northern construction hub have also been added to ISG’s portfolio.
ISG chief executive David Lawther said: “Within a challenging regional construction market, we continue to target and convert high quality opportunities across the UK.
“Our focus on securing additional public sector framework appointments and business from repeat customers is proving successful.”
