Arcadis has appointed Steve Bromhead as chief operating officer for the consultant’s UK operations.
Mr Bromhead has been appointed as COO after his predecessor Peter Madden took up a new role as operations officer for the group’s newly formed Europe, Middle East and UK division.
Having spent 20 years at Arcadis, Mr Bromhead most recently headed up the firm’s global HSBC programme since 2015. Prior to that he was managing director for Arcadis’s combined infrastructure and utilities businesses.
Arcadis has also appointed Tom Morgan as UK client development director, overseeing innovation and growth across the business.
Mr Morgan rejoins the UK team following three years in the US leading the global business advisory function, having spent 13 years in total working at Arcadis.
Commenting on the appointments, Arcadis chief executive Mark Cowlard said: “We’ve invested heavily in building the underlying foundations for a strong, joined-up business, and I’m pleased to welcome Steve and Tom onto my leadership team.
“I’m confident that both Steve and Tom’s longstanding understanding of our business, combined with their extensive cross-sector expertise, will help to drive continued growth and development across the region.”
