CityWest appoints new development director

CityWest Homes has appointed a new asset development and property director to lead on the construction of its major projects in Westminster, London.

Phil Jenkins will join the housing association from the John Lewis Partnership, where he was general manager for the group’s corporate property services.

His responsibilities at CityWest will include overseeing strategic asset planning, major planning projects and delivering a programme of new homes across Westminster.

Mr Jenkins has experience in real estate and construction, working in roles including property and development director at SPAR and property director at Crabtree & Evelyn.
