Vince Corrigan leaves Sir Robert McAlpine

The boss of Sir Robert McAlpine’s London and South-east business is leaving after 30 years with the company.

Vince Corrigan will be replaced by board member Tony Aikenhead, a spokeswoman for the contractor confirmed.

She said the move was not the beginning of a wider restructure of the team at a regional or national level, describing it as “just one change”.

Mr Corrigan had led “a large number of high-profile and successful projects” during more than three decades with Sir Robert McAlpine, she added.

“We thank Vince for his significant contribution to the company and wish him well in his future career.”
