Scape MD joins framework’s delivery partner

Scape Group managing director Victoria Brambini has joined consultancy joint venture Perfect Circle.

Ms Brambini, who has run the framework provider for the past two years, will make the move to one of its delivery partners as managing director on 1 January.

Perfect Circle is a consortium between consultants Aecom, Gleeds and Pick Everard.

It was established in 2016 to deliver the four-year £350m National Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework for Scape.

Since it was formed, Perfect Circle has delivered more than 750 projects for over 220 clients.

Ms Brambini joined Scape in 2014 as its head of national frameworks and moved on to become MD of Scape Procure in 2016.

Before her appointment at the framework provider she worked as director for places at Rutland County Council.

Perfect Circle chairman Richard Whitehead said: “Victoria will assist to reinforce the Perfect Circle brand, ensure the delivery of the framework and explore new opportunities for being the trusted partner for clients.”

“Having worked in a local authority prior to Scape, Victoria has seen the direct benefit of framework delivery to clients – having been a client herself,” he added.

In October, Balfour Beatty was appointed sole contractor on two Scape frameworks worth £2.1bn.
