Killby & Gayford scoops refurb deal

Killby & Gayford has been won a £7.5 million refurbishment deal at Wolfson House in London by the East London NHS Foundation Trust.

The project involves the refit of an existing building and the construction of an extension to form a mental health unit with supporting clinical and rehabilitation facilities.

The 42-week project is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2010.
