Lovell wins £2.5m Aylesbury housing refurbishment job

Affordable housing specialist Lovell has won a £2.5 million housing refurbishment in the Vale of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Work will cover upgrading 1,600 homes in Aylesbury for the Aylebury Housing Trust.  

Under the latest phase of works, Lovell will make external improvements to the homes, including repairing concrete, brickwork and windows.

The contract is part of the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust’s major refurbishment programme.

The external refurbishment works scheme is due to be completed in autumn 2010.
