Mansell wins £7.5m deal to redevelop London care home

Mansell has secured the first £7.5 million phase of a contract to redevelop a London care home for the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution.

The contract includes the construction of a new purpose built care home and redevelopment of the existing care facilities at James Terry Court, Croydon,

The committed first phase is for 48 care beds with public facilities. A further phase would take it to 75 beds and 13 extra care apartments.

Work is set to begin shortly and complete in summer 2012.
