Morgan Est wins more work at Edinburgh Airport

Morgan Est has been awarded a contract to rehabilitate part of the taxiway infrastructure at Edinburgh Airport.

The reconstruction will involve the removal and replacement of 3,600sq m of pavement quality concrete carried out in two phases.

This contract win is a continuation of a portfolio of work carried out by Morgan Est, on behalf of customer BAA, over the last 18 months to improve the airport’s runway and stands.

BAA Edinburgh has recently completed a £16 million project to resurface the main runway at Edinburgh Airport, renewing the life of the runway for a further 15 years.

Work on the main taxiway project is expected to be completed in September.
