RG Carter wins £3.9m refurb job

RG Carter has secured a deal worth up to £3.9 million to refurbishment of St George’s Chapel and construction of a new pavilion building in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

The contract for Great Yarmouth Borough Council will include the fabric repairs, refurbishment and modification of St George’s Chapel (grade 1 listed) to provide a performance space within the Chapel.

RG Carter saw off competition from three other firms to win the deal.
