Procurement firm Scape is calling for bidders for its East Midlands frameworks worth up to £370m, across a wide range of sectors.
Nottingham-based Scape is owned by 6 English local authorities.
Applications are to be invited from construction and ancillary support service providers, including design and build works.
The framework may include projects in education, housing, social care, leisure, libraries, blue light, health and social care, offices, transport, military, farms, recycling and waste centres, industrial and comerrcioal, and other public sector buildings.
Proposed lots include:
Minor Works for projects from £50,000 to £350,000
Minor Works for projects from £350,000 to £2m
Combined, the minor lots are estimated to be worth £103m and £137m.
Intermediate Lower Band work from £50,000 to £2m
Intermediate Upper Band work between £2m and £6.5m
The Intermediate bands are expected to be worth between £175m and £233m
The lots are to be separated into Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northampton and Rutland, and Warwickshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands, Coventry and Solihull.
Scape will hold three market awareness events will take place at the following venues:
— Tuesday 9th April at the Henry Ford College at Loughborough University (LE11 3TL) from 9.00am to 11.30am
— Wednesday 10th April in the Talbot Suite at Rufford Mill (NG22 9DG) from 9.00am to 11.30am
— Monday 15th April at Dunchurch Park Hotel (CV22 6QW) from 9.00am to 11.30am
