Tenders invited £17.9m London refurb contracts

Tenders are being invited for a £17.9 million contract to replace and refurbish kitchen and bathrooms across both Downland and Broomleigh Housing Associations’ social housing stock.

Downland HA want between one and three firms to carry out the work spread over three geographical lots.

The contract will be for one year beginning in 2010, with three possible one year extensions subject to performance.

Broomleigh HA has similar a requirement for one contractor to carry out similar work for its one geographical lot commencing in 2012 with a maximum contract duration of 2 years.

Contractors have until 10 July to express interest.
