Social housing procurement organisation Cyntra has named the winners on a £400 million framework deal for specialist contractors.
The deal is designed for Cyntra members, including councils and arms length management organisations, in London and the South east and is part of an attempt to offer smaller local companies access to Housing maintenance work.
The firm winning places on the framework, which is split into five lots, are:
- Apollo Property Services
- Bramall Construction
- Breyer Group
- Kier Support Services
- British Gas New Heating
- Mitie Property Services
- T Brown Group
In August, Cyntra awarded an £800 million framework deal to Apollo Property Services, Bramall Construction, Breyer Group, Kier Support Services, Mears and Vinci Construction. It said innovation in benchmarking would ensure members committed work volume to the deal.
