CN’s annual CN100 ranks the industry’s leading contractors by turnover alongside detailed analysis of the industry’s performance and prospects. With the 2016 league set to be revealed later this month, we look back at how last year’s top 30 CN100 firms have fared in previous editions.
ISG entered the top 10 contractors by turnover in 2012’s CN100, edging up to ninth in 2014’s edition before slipping to 11th as its strong revenue growth was nevertheless outpaced by others.
Turnover at the company was relatively flat between the 2012 and 2014 publications before an impressive 16 per cent surge as per its 2015 entry.
ISG has been profitable across the previous four CN100s but earnings have nevertheless been relatively low, declining 72 per cent between the 2014 and 2015 editions.
Pre-tax margins have been fairly tight as a result, steady at between 0.8 and 0.6 per cent before falling to 0.2 per cent in CN100 2015.
