CN100 countdown: Renew

Our annual CN100 ranks the top 100 contractors by turnover and provides in-depth analysis of performance and prospects across the industry. Ahead of the publication of the 2016 edition later this month, we look back at how last year’s top 30 have performed over the past four CN100s.

Renew is the newest member of the top 30 contractors by turnover, passing the threshold for the first time in last year’s CN100.

This was due to an impressive 33 per cent revenue hike between its 2014 and 2015 CN100 entries.

Pre-tax profit has been on a steady upward trajectory, increasing by around 60 per cent over the previous four tables.

Margins didn’t quite keep up last year, however, dipping to a still-respectable 2.8 per cent as per 2015’s rankings.
