Watch: Glenigan views on Budget 2014

The measures announced in Budget 2014 around the housing sector were deemed “encouraging” by Glenigan.

The construction business intelligence unit said extending Help to Buy to 2020 will give housebuilders additional certainty to bring forward sites for development. It notes that the announcements in the Budget indicate that the housing market may overheat as the economy recovers.
