Enterprise, Kier, and Bramall among winners on £47m housing framework

One Vision Housing has appointed contractors to a £47 million framework for works in the Sefton area of Liverpool and other parts of the North-west.

The social landlord – which manages around 11,000 homes - named six firms on the new build element of the framework including Enterprise, Kier, Bramall, Henry Boot, Lockwoods and Herbert T Forrest.

Other winners include Armstrong York Asbestos Environmental Services, Asbestos Control and Treatment, BAAS Construction, Bradley Environmental Consultants, D Morgan Group, Ensafe Consultants, J Freeley, JP Tisdale (Demolition), Mansell Construction Services,  Morrison Facilities Services, the Casey Group and Vinci Facilities.

Works covered across the other five lots include building envelope works, structural works, decent homes and communal improvements, demolition works and asbestos inspections and removals.

The new build lot – number 5 – covers schemes up to a value of around £1m.
