CN Awards 2017 Best Residential Developer Colmore Tang Construction Fabrick Square Birmingham
Colmore Tang Construction
In 2016, Colmore Tang completed five of its first significant office-to-residential conversion projects in the West Midlands, delivering more than 1,000 residential units from existing buildings, on time and within budget. This was all done while maintaining progress at nine other live sites in the UK – with four sites topping out on the same day.
The company has continued this strong growth with a commitment to deliver more than 1,500 further residential units over the next two years.
CN Awards 2017_Best Residential Developer_Hub
HUB is currently in the process of delivering 1,700 homes for Londoners, and strives to create well-considered schemes that fit into their communities.
On the Taberner House project, for example, the firm engaged nearly 1,500 individuals through an extensive community engagement process to work out how the development could maximise benefit for locals.
Another project highlight was HUB’s approach to sustainability on the Hoola project, two 23 and 24-storey towers in London’s Royal Victoria Docks. Energy for Hoola comes from excess energy created by the nearby ExCel Centre, reducing CO2 emissions by 57 per cent.
