Frank Haslam Milan

Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) is one of the industry’s longest-established firms, being founded back in 1928. Today, FHM, a Keepmoat group company is a specialist in providing public sector housing services and solutions.

FHM builds and refurbishes over 18,000 homes a year as a preferred partner for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords, generating an annual turnover in excess of £195 million.

The firm’s commitment to training and development made it one of the first in the industry to gain Investors in People status in 1997 and last year it came 28th in the Sunday Times prestigious ‘Top 100 Companies to Work For’ league table, the highest placed construction company.

Paul Senior, Contracts Director of FHM Yorkshire and East Midlands, said: “The National Federation of Builders communication tools have been a great asset to our business. Their email updates and website keep us up to speed on the things our staff need to know helping us maintain the high standard of service Frank Haslam Milan is synonymous with.”

The National Federation of Builders represents over 1,500 builders and contractors across England and Wales. In addition to providing specialist advice and business services, the Federation, with a network of eight regional offices, lobbies local, national and European government on a range of issues to sustain positive trading conditions for members. Eight members of the National Federation of Builders are featured on the Top 100 league table, demonstrating how the National Federation of Builders can be a real partner for growth
