A shareholder of American company Tenneco has filed a lawsuit against the company claiming that chairman James Ketelsen and other executives overstated company revenues and artificially inflated its share price.Abraham Kostick, who owns 100 shares worth about £2,300, said Tenneco's JI Case farm and construction equipment division 'unreasonably' produced too many goods last year.He claims that Tenneco had to cut prices for JI Case products, lay off 4,000 workers and report a first ...
