05May94 UK: £30M HOMES MAY RISE FROM HOVIS PLOT - MILL BOUGHT BY CAWICK AND FL ESTATES.

Luxury homes are planned at the old Hovis riverside factory in London in a project estimated to be worth at least £30 million.The Battersea Flour Mill has been empty since 1992 and has now been bought for an estimated £4.5 million by Cawick Property Company, a division of British Land Quantum, in association with FL Estates.Architect Richard Rogers is working on designs for the scheme at the 19,000 sq m mill buildings on the 1.75 ha site.
