Latest additions to the AEG range of power tools are two battery powered drill/screwdrivers and the OFSE 2000 router. The two drill/screwdrivers are the BS2E 7.2 model, which is powered by a 7.2 V rechargeable battery pack, and the BS2E 9.6, which has a 9.6 V battery.Both models have electronic soft-start and drilling capacities of 10 mm dia in steel and 15 mm in wood.Two speed gearboxes on these models allow operators to select appropriate speeds for different materials.The tools drive up to M6 screws, and beside reversible rotation, have a five-stage control with torque values from 0.7 to 10 Nm.The OFSE 2000 router is powered by a 2,000 W electric motor and offers speed selection between 8,000 and 24,000 rpm.
