07Oct93 UK: THIRD TIME LUCKY FOR OFFICE PLAN - LAND SECURITIES.

It could be third time lucky for Land Securities, which has just had planning approval for Regis House, close to The Monument to the Great Fire renewed again by the Corporation of London.The firm first applied for permission in 1983 and then again in 1988 for an estimated £25 million-plus scheme to provide nearly 14,000 sq m of mainly office accommodation, licensed premises and three shop units to be built in a nine-storey block.
