08Oct92 GERMANY: CARTELS OFFICE OPPOSES DYCKERHOFF & WIDMANN'S AND LEONARD MOLL'S PLANS FOR LAUSICH WORKS NEAR LEIPZIG.

Germany's federal cartels office is opposed to plans by two German contractors, Dyckerhoff and Widmann and Leonard Moll, to take over the Lausich concrete works near Leipzig, because it feels Dywidag's owner, Walter Group, would dominate the prestressed concrete sleeper market.
